Coza seems completely irresponsible, disregarding his squad when they tell him NOT to attack Frost Shinekuya as well as him leaving Raven's Point without actually checking if everything was alright. There was only one moment when he was out of character, and that was when he first encountered Frost after an undisclosed amount of time, where he acted very seriously.
