Ryu is a World Government agent who goes around and breaks up illegal slave trading.
Appearence
Ryu is a blue hedgehog with some black quills mixed in the back. He has red eyes, a somewhat pale muzzle, and blue bangs on his head. He wears an open back jacket with a red shirt underneath, while also wearing a necklace, blue jeans and black shoes.
Personality
While working under Hamaki, he seemed rather cruel. It wasn't until his fight with Fritz that he allowed his cool, calm demeanor to show.
Relationships

He seems to not care for her at all, not even caring when she needed to catch her breath while escorting her to Hamaki.
Fritz
Ryu was the one who sent Fritz the orders to go to Raven's Point for a undisclosed reason, though the latter went to find the ThunderScar Pirates. Before their fight, Ryu expressed his wish to see Fritz's skill but was later shown to be disappointed when he won easily, even more so due to the fact that Fritz forgot his mission and orders him to leave, or be sold to the World Nobles. He is ultimately shocked after Fritz stabs him with a posioned needle.
Hamaki
He went through the ranks, eventually earning Hamaki's trust enough to become one of his right-hand men. This was all a facade, however, as Ryu planned to arrest Hamaki for his illegal slave trade business.
