Zarah Zarah no Rise: This technique is commonly used by Kazu Justice to manipulate a nearby person or an object into the air.  This was first revealed when Meteor Luzi got a call from the Marines to investigate Guardna Island. He would later use it on Zone Tuseil, proving that it works on people as well.
